Q: What methods of payment do your accept?
A: We accept credit card, PayPal, or cheque.

Q: Can I renew multiple individuals’ memberships at the same time?
A: Each member must be renewed individually in the system. Organizations may, however, pay for multiple employees’ memberships with a single cheque.

Q: I can’t seem to print the invoice.
A: Please ensure you have pop-ups enabled in your web browser.

Q: I’m trying to renew my membership but the system does not recognize my email address.
A: If your email is not found, it’s possible that you are not currently an active BCSOF member. In that case, kindly enroll here instead.

Q: I’ve changed jobs and no longer have access to the email address I used to manage my BCSOF account.
